The lack of switch is the only thing I don't like about it so far. After a race, I bring my transponder back and book it out to turn marshal. Now I have to pull the battery lead too! It does have more braking than the Quantum Sport or any Novak ESC that I've used, so that's a plus. It's also $5 cheaper. I ran it for the first time this weekend, but not under race conditions, so the jury's still out on it for a little while. I think it will be a good controller though.
Hello everyone! Does anyone out there race the Kyosho indy cars? I have two I am looking to sell (Lola T9300's) if anyone here is interested. One is brand new, never driven. The second is missing a couple parts, but would make a good parts car. If anyone is interested, please let me know and I can tell you more.
They Kyosho is set up a lot like a Tamiya if that helps. I am actually afraid to run it, because it is borderline vintage. I still have the orig. box and 2 unpainted bodies. I think the laydown servo is a good idea, it is much more secure. I have a servo installed inthe new one, along with Titanium turnbuckles and the steering is quite solid.
