Team Losi XXX-S 540 Setup

I have a Team Losi XXX-S and was wondering if anyone knows what the best setup is for the car woth a standard 540 in it. I have changed the pinion and spur gears a couple of times but am hopelessly off pace and would like to know what a prime setup is?

I used to run mine with a final drive ratio of around 4.2, I ran stock shock oil with blue springs up front and silvers rear. From memory the front shocks were mounted on the outer hole and the rears were one out from outer. I was running the G+ though. This was for outdoor ashphalt.
