Motor Guards

I know alot of high end TC are now offering Motor guards for their cars. Do you guys reccommend running motor guards? I think alot of guys overrate the motor guard but that just me? If i was running sportsman i would but i don't think in any other class than that you would have to run Motor Guards.

How many times have you, or you've seen someone, pin the nose against the boards in a tight left hander just for the next guy to totally blast you! I've done it to plenty of people hard enough to eject batteries from my 1/12 scale and break someone's tbar.

Like racer34 said, "cheap insurance."

There is a reason they were invented and being offered.

i think it is expensive insurance for a cheap product. i have seen serveral crashes where the person had a motor guard only to screw the chassis up. i think I would rather buy a new motor then a new chassis.
