Probably one of the worse cars ever made by Tamiya in the last 15 years..

it is not worse... It is just not that race competitive with the kits now a days but that kit is reliable anywhere... It is considered as the tank chassis of tamiya because it is undestructable... But anyways, yep, it is a TL01...

Waste of money. Go for a TC3 or TC4 they are more advanced cars than a TL01 which is meant for the firsttime r/c enthousiastic

I owned one and racing aside, it was one of the worse cars I have ever owned. So FOR ME, its one of the worst cars produced by Tamiya. Racing aside, its as heavy as a Toys-r-Us car and hopping it up makes it a nice shelf ornament. Period.
