I'm guessing the top deck is going to be a few millimeters above the bottom chassis and the diffs are going to be like nothing to get a lower cg.

My god talk about a money grab, that's crazy. Could they have made that big of an improvment over the 007 to warrant a totally new car? They should take a page out of Microsoft's book and issue "service packs" for the 007.

When the 007 was released, they also had upgrade kits for the T2...

I personally like the option of buying a complete kit instead of having to invest in a kit and then purchase additional components.

wah... 007 outdated and going to be EOL like the good old T1...

This resemble something ...

TRF415, TRF415 MS, TRF415 MSX, TRF415 MSX MRE, TRF415 MSXX...
TA05, TA05R, TA05 MS, TA05MSX, TA05 MSX MRE, TA05 MSXX....

Perhaps such market forces are giving pressure back to us hobbylists again and perhaps it is time to refocus which manufacturer we should stick to... so as not to buy something and got outdated immediately when it is running on track...

I bet it'll be fast.
I also bet that it'll be "current" 8 months.
This shouldn't be shocking news for anybody. I'm always currious at what they've come up with new. They always have some cool stuff.

Maybe the upgrade kit won't be as costly as it is for the T2 to the T2 '007s.

Yeah, right.

One thing for sure - there will be some great deals on some used T2 '007s in the "For Sale" thread and on eBay.

My guess is that the price for an upgrade kit would depend on how extensive the changes are...
