Default regulating voltage in power supply?

Help,
My hobbico 13.8v power supply is putting out too much voltage and I need to reduce this to 12vdc. How do I do this?

You can't.

Why do you want to reduce it to 12 volts?

Well, , technically speaking you can reduce or increase the voltage but you need a working knowledge of electronics. Practically, speaking it's probably not worth it considering everything is designed to run at 13.8 VDC.,

Can I ask why you want to do this?
