I am picking up one of the DB12RR Lipo cars and was wondering what body would be best for a 17.5 motor? I will be racing on carpet?

SMC just announced that they have two new packs coming out. One is same case as now but with 40c and deans. The other is a same outside size case but flat, no bumps, and 4mm tubes. I know what package im running next season.
DB12RR lipo
SMC 40c with 4mm
Tekin RX(maybe pro) speedo
Trinity duo motor
KO 949 digi servo
Now I just need that big job to come in so I can get overtime and pay for all this stuff. LOL.

hey mike. angled servo is more agressive on turn in. flat calms things down mostly on high bite carpet. if you are running on asphalt run it angled if you are on high bite carpet run it flat. you can run it angled on high bite carpet alot of us do but its agressive and requires some driving finesse but its worth it. i always have faster lap times with it angled hope this helps
thanks buddy this helps alot.
which ball stud do i need to ran i flat?
because you need longer ones,right?

I want to see what the new weight limit is first. As of now, the 10R is grossly underweight. You can run the lipo in the weighted tray and that may be the route i take. If the car becomes close to weight without the tray and just the lipo, i wqill revamp the chassis to accomodate.
