I though that what it was use for just like a real car but with out the shock case, it would be nice if you could come up with a shock with a spring that would fit the 1/12 car you never know what they will come with next.

prs pinions have holes in them. I don't know if it'll work for what your asking though.

that is how it works.the front kingpins with no oil work like a shock with no oil.the suspension reacts too quickly and never lets the wheels set.we slow the reaction down enough to match the surface with oil on the kingpins.

no,my 17 pinion came with a bag of holes that i can put where i like.i was told at the local offroad track not to put the holes on there because it would make me thermal.

I have some TiR Pinions and they have holes in them, not sure if its what your talking about but I can post a pic if you would like
