By the way guys, cars are still shipping. The shipping will now extend later into the week due to the increase of orders but they will all be filled by the end of the week. We now have stock on the cars and once i finish shipping the remainder of preorders, same day shipping will start. All of the replacement parts are in stock now also.

Default Would this be intersting to you guys?

BMI Racing R&D spyshots.

Lets say you have a DB12R but you want to try a 1/10th car....all you need to make a 200mm 1/10th car is:

The DB10R lower chassis and battery arch.

An IRS Racing Oval narrow axle kit.

1/10th tires

Any 200mm body. Nitro Sedan, Lola, GT, Lemans Cup, etc...

One of any touring car shock.

All of this is in the prototype stages now but the DB10R is 4 cell NiMh and 2 cell LiPo compatible. If you like you can run it on 100% of your 1/12th scale 4 cell gear and enjoy a lot more traction and mellower handling.

If you want insane speed run it on any 2 cell LiPo like the Orion Platinum 4800, 3200 or Core 5000 with a 13.5 BL motor. This combo is FASTER than Mod 6 cell Sedan!

We are still developing this car so it will be some time before it is available. Right now we are trying to gauge interest. If you like what you see let us know and email bmachine@tampabay.rr.com.

Please do not PM me or Jason....its impossible to keep up with the PM volume lately

THX I think???? It was a massive hit.. Some of the racers actually stop for a second.... The marshall just looked at it... I am still surprised that the whole front section did not have any damage... I even went back and looked a couple of times just to make sure... I think the body got wacked as well....

Thanks for sending out the parts... Gonna bring these down to the birds to give them to you as a gift....

A video.... When good RC cars goes bad....

I am just wondering and suggesting putting the shore rating on the jaco prism tires in the price list next to the compound name. I think i would save alot of questions later on.

All the new pod plates are going into production DB12R kits. We put the old pod on it just so we could run it.

Side shocks are a nightmare. We need to do some testing of course but we think the flex plates will give us all the spring rate we need and the tubes can certainly give us more damping than we need.

Maintaing the 1/12th arrangement keeps things simple.

in that case, give one to Marcos so I can buy it off him

maybe larger diameter tubes? as much as I love the bmi tubes I just can't see them lasting while throwing so much weight around.

The problem is that the shore ratings do not mean much. Jaco Wite foam is 25S (Shore) and double pink is 35S. you would think since White is softer it would have more traction but it dosent. Double pink has way more traction even though it is harder.

This is because white foam has less natural rubber in it than double pink. It is softer faom but its is not as grippy.

This is why we have color codes and racers learn what colors go with what application (racing surface).

What weight? Its just a longer wider 1/12th car. Did you know a 5000Mah 2S LiPo pack weighs about the same as 4 cells?

We will be testing the car shortly. Then we will know for sure. There is no sense making all sorts of changes until then.
