lol, got a new screw on one of the front arms that wasnt anodized the same shade as the other 3? Something like that could cause a car to handle horribly!

I know

But that is a different dirt, out side, I get dirt/dust in my diff, and all

You get fuzz kinda stuff from carpet

Im shure compressed air is easier then cleaning fuzz out of, well what on a pan car?

Theres no cvd's and all

The diff is the same as on all other 1/12th cars. We all buy them from IRS. How often you rebuild the diff is up to you. A glass smooth diff that spins super free but will not let the spur slip at all is ideal. As long as it is free and the gear takes some effort to slip just run it. I rebuild my diff before big races and just run it at club races.

Rebuilding consists of cleaming and oiling all axles bearings, sanding the groove out of the diff ringd with 600 grit sandpaper and replacing the diff balls ( use steel balls and just thow them out when rebuilding). For the cost of Tungsten or Ceramic balls you can buy a 1-2 years worth of grade 25 steel diff balls.

Very true. It must throw the balance of the car off and make it handle miserably.

All kidding aside, Adrian and i will be doing alot of testing today on asphalt. We will be searching to improve the existing setups and fine tune tthe cars. We will post our findings when we get back from the track. We will be running modified on a pretty tight track with pretty good traction. It should be alot of fun. I just need to get a grip on this 5.5 brushless. Its a pretty pissed off motor.
