What's the most inexpensive way to go from a 12r to 12rr? Or should wait until after the Birds to see what Jason has cooked up for us?

People who don't have to wait for the latest item, should not tell those that do, that "It's worth the wait"

i love the birds. ive made a few 12th mains there over the last few years. other than last year cuz i didnt run, but everything here in florida is mostly off-road we get almost a hundred entries for a club race so thats what i stick too. and we only race carpet 3 maybe 4 times a year.

Hi Eric, I was at CH last Fri for the first time in awhile. Hope I'll see you there again soon. I think you can buy the conversion kit cheaper than all the parts seperately.

my car is for sale as well, amazing car just sticking with the dirt side of things

fully updated 12RR with a brand new lipo chassis and carbon flex plates. i also lightened the pod because the car is a little heavy compared to the min. legal wieght. chassis and plates only have the 5 runs on it i have made here at the birds. $170 shipped will include a futaba 9650 digital servo and all the parts i have for it.
few spur gears,
full set of the BMI alum. ride hieght adjusters
springs,
all the old db12 and R parts
has the jaco wheels spacers on it.

email me for pics:

It will work but, you will have to shim it up to get the ride height correct. The only difference between the 1/10 and 1/12 CRC front ends is the kingpin is longer for the 1/10 and it uses a different spring and a spring perch. I actually use the smaller kingpin with the 1/12 spring because I race on a super-smooth surface that doesn't need all the travel of the 1/10 spring.
