Thanks Walls...In two of my last four runs I ran multiple 9.8's and the other two I hit multiple 9.9's.:
My experiences with the car were:
-The DB12R carries more speed through sweepers and less scrub on turn-in.
-DB12R was planted and had less scrub in switchbacks.
-DB12R- Rear end was more locked in.
-I could "feel" the front end and predict what it would do easier.
-After final setup the DB12R felt very balanced F/R traction wise.
-Easy to drive.
-DB12R steers less by throttle and more by steering input.
-The DB12R doesn't have to be driven as hard or as perfectly to get speed, it keeps its lap time even if the line is slightly missed in a corner during the lap.
-No Tweaking was necessary!!!
-The DB12R is Very Consistent!!
-Lower maintenance.
the speed 12b will work fine.it is a body that was designed for stock.i just have always liked the feel of the speed 8 for stock and 19 turn.it keeps the rear of the car free. i like the HD speed 8 in mod for the rear traction it gives

Jason,
I am going to be making a video review of the DB12R. I wanted to ask if I can use the manual and packaging in the video, because I am not sure if it is copyrighted material, and it would then be against youtube rules and would be taken down. This is free and very good advertisement for BMI. My youtube channel is youtube.com/skeltech.
Thanks,

I want to use a protoform speed B I think it is, The REALLY low profile one, Looks cool to me lol
But I know from TC that you buy bodys for dowforce etc, so JW
Here is a quick guide to bodies...
Parma Speed 8* - Best for stock and 19 turn, low drag and medium downforce, very stable
Parma Speed 8 HD* - Best for mod, high downforce and medium drag, very stable and planted
Protoform Speed 12* - Best for mod, medium stability, high downforce and a little less drag than Speed 8 HD
Protoform Speed 12b* - Best for stock and 19 turn, Medium stability, good downforce and very low drag.
*Light wieght version uses thinner lexan.
That one is good. It has very low drag, but it isn't nearly as planted as the Parma bodies. I would go with the Parma Speed 8. I have tested all 4 I listed but the Speed 8 HD, and the Parma Speed 8 regular is my favorite so far. I got the Speed 8 HD comparison from one of the locals that tested all four, and we both had similar results.
Well I just got home from minnereg about 30 minutes ago, I ran oval today but anyway back to yesterday I had a really great weekend my car right out of the box was awesome. Jason and I were trying a couple of different things but in the end we ended up going back to almost the stock setup, Thank you Jason for the help
