Hasen't anyone else noticed that the car even has RCAmerica and Tamiya TRF stickers on it? Why discrace those 2 companies by putting them on an Associated car?

Just a reminder, Associated does have 23 world titles.

The black flex plates are thin.

How thin? I've seen the thin flex plates before, but not in black. Is this a different flex plate than the original thin plate?

Hey all, just ran the DB12RR today in mod. Car handled and ran great, except lost steering in the last 2 minutes. This was due to the front tires being worn to the plastic. Is 44 mm to low to run the tires, I ran 40 shore purple, and still a lot of wear. Still managed TQ and 1st A-mains so not too bad I guess . Also car had plenty steering so the front tires didn't scrub too much and overall very smooth ride.

44 mm front for Jacos? I usually only start them at 42-43mm Purples tend to get really gummy over the run, that might explain your problem.

Its 44 mm ATS, but they pretty much run like the Jacos. The tire wear is even except the edge of the tire that goes down to the plastic. I think I need more caster to get the tire to bend more in corners.

For mod i would suggest running 2 xpink or magentas. The purples may feel good but if you go to the softer tire you can dial steering out through setup or D/R and make the car run more efficiently.
