Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving...I'm as anxious as a kid on Christmas Eve for my 12RR to hit my door step...Hell, I might hug the UPS guy!...Everytime I come on this thread and read these enthusiastic posts, just tells me that I will not be taking any breaks while putting this car together and getting it out on the track asap....This is one great support thread! Edorsements, Advertisments, and Tech support all rolled up into one. You can't beat that...Nice thread fellas.

Well I'm half way through building my 12r now and it's really starting to come together. The instructions are a breeze to follow and the quality of the materials is just fantastic. I'm now playing the waiting game until my servo and 48 pitch gears (its an aussie thing) arrive

Jason, wondering if the newer style rear flex plates are on your site, also wondering if the LPF ESC is there, I see two, the regular Speedpassion, and the Fiego, is the LPF the reg speedpassion? Thanks!

The differences are that we lengthened the flex plates and added another hole for more linear side spring tension, We widened the pod and centered the brushless motors along with moved the motor away from the center pivot to minimize the weight over the center pivot point. We also moved the shock back to put the upper ballstud for the shock inline with the center pivot. We added slots for mounting the servo so you can now fit any servo without having to flip the servo over and run it on the opposite side of the car. We also changed the standoffs to flared ones for cosmetics.

Maybe what I should have asked you is, are there still thick and thin flex plates in the 12rr version,in other words with the 2 sets of holes, I only see the thins that way, just wanna clarify before ordering... Thanks again for the awsome service! Any report on how any of your cars are doing at Cleveland?

There will still be thick and thin plates. This just gives you more tuning options for each thickness.

We didnt send anyone to cleveland. Jason Schreffler will be running the car at snowbirds.

the only thing I got stuck on was the front suspension. Never having assembled a 12th before I was convinced I had it wrong - I didn't, but I pulled it apart twice to make sure. The upshot is that its pretty much perfect now

That setup sheet rocks
