What gauge wire did you use?
I used the 14 ga. wire that came with the speed control. Thanks for the compliment.

Jason, thanks for the help last week. I got the package in time to get it back together to be able to run last saturday. The guys riunning the Associate 12r5 are fast. I was able to get a 3rd seat on the podium but still I can not hit the 33 lap mark. I am just1 or 2 seconds away from it. I have done it once with the 12l4 but not this DB12R5. My lap times are getting more consistent and .5 a second faster overall, but I am not giving up on the DB12R5. Again Thanks for the help.

Email me what you need to get the car to do and we will get it right. We have been very successful against the AE car over here so let me know what you need the car to do.

You'll hit it.

I can't wait to get mine. Hopefully by next week I'll have it on the track. I've seen what the car can do up close. Our top local driver usually has a full lap on the field if not more with his DB12R. By far one of the most unique 1/12 scale cars to hit the track in a long time.

Will the new DB12R share any of the same parts as the DB10R?
I was looking at getting a new 1/12th scale and also a car for WORLD GT to race next year and it would be a plus for me if some of the parts were the same.

The current flex plates are the same too I believe also the left and right pod plates. But the 1/12th will be switching to the lowered pod plates in the new version so those won't be identical but close.
