Yeah I need a few bigger pinions too...I think I'm running a 39 right now and should be able to bump up to a 40.

hey jason. ran the new linear springs on sunday at our trophy race and was very pleased with how flat the car stayed in the corners. i was running 11.0 flat consistently which was only .4 off of the fast guys 10.6. one question though. ive been running shreffs snowbirds setup since last year minus short chassis and just like he mentioned to me the car just feels better when batteries and motor are forward. if i move the batteries back it seems to hurt more than improve. so my question is if batteries are back does that transfer weight to front and if so why does the car seem to rotate and carve better with batteries forward. does this make sense? anyway my car works and thats all that matters but just trying to understand for tuning purposes and going faster of course thanx bro

With the batteries back, the car will initiate the corner better but will increase rear traction on power. This has a tendency to resist rotation. We run the cells back when traction is low.

Haven't been racing since I got home. My wife locked down last friday and this friday for girls night. Although I may go ahead and take my kids to the track with me this friday (doubtful). Anyway, car is good, I just need the driver to choke so badly at anything other than local races.

Don't know. I haven't been lately. I might go this friday to have a look-see, but since I have child duty (since the wife is going out with friends) I most like will not race.

He J, received the package yesterday, placed the new linear springs on my car - oh man, that feels smoooth. Can't wait to get back at a carpet track, it's been half a year...

BTW, anybody from fellow BMI racers going to attend the Rebellion Race in Finland next month? I've allready got the airplane tickets

Just got me a couple of Parma Speed 8 HD's...nice looking body. Looks like there are 4 vent areas in the front to cut out. I'm very curious to see how these bodies handle.

what's wrong with the current pod? You just need to remove the left side pod to get the motor in, but for a brushless you don't have to change the motor for what, 3 seasons..?

My motor goes in without taking it apart. It's a little bit of a jigsaw puzzle, but it goes in.
