Are you talking about the rear axle shims or front arm shims? My memory is not with me today.

Cheer's mate, thats what I thought, but being new to 12 scale I thought id ask the dumb question. Better to ask than to have a 50-50 guess and stuff it.

I'm running the Tekin RS with an LRP 13.5 motor. It's smaller then the LRP or the Novak. Here's an updated pic now that I have the rest of my electronics in the car.

There's better pics of the side with the ESC on it back on page 168

Yeah the demand for them is pretty high right now so getting them isn't always easy. Getting the RS usually isn't too bad though cuz most people want the RS Pro.

is it correct that you do not need the pro unless you are running mod?

The RS has a 5 turn motor limit in brushless operation so unless you plan on running lower then 5 turns the RS will be fine for you.

That Tekin looks nice and tiny. I run the Speedpashion GT and i love it. The car is a little on the heavy side with BL but its not too bad in comparison to other cars. My car came in at 29.5oz box stock with BL gear and my buddies GenX came in at 30.75 with BL gear this past weekend so i think it just comes down to the weight of the electronics.

Is it safe to assume these weights are with the body?

Mine came in at 30.2 but with a thickly painted body and near stock height Prisms. Those alone could get me down in the 29's easy and if I get rid of the fancy wiring that goes under the battery and be more conventional it would be even lighter. I'll keep the extra weight though...the battery is so much easier to insert and remove this way
