Bro,
You can ask anyone at the track last week....If anything...The DB12R has been durability tested thoroughly. Still no tweak and man if you could design a way for foams not to chunk......I think you would be a Millionare....LOL

everyone is going to get there kits out of the first run.we are about 1/2 way through them so far.i want to be sure that i dont run low being that we are 1/2 way through them with pre orders only being taken for 2 or 3 weeks.once they get out there i think they are going to catch on really fast.at this point i really feel that we covered everything.i feel we will not need to change the car for a long time.we spent alot of time perfecting the car and now i am confident that this will put alot smiles on peoples faces.

I got my name on the list today! I think Jason actually replied to my email before I even sent it. The car is getting some good buzz locally and we can't wait.

Now to bog down the thread with some newbie questions. I'll apologize for my ignorance about 1/12 scale cars in advance.

What kind of spare parts should I keep on hand?

It's my understanding a lot of 1/12 cars use the same front arms. Which arms does the DB12R use?

Are there any 1/12 set up guides on the web?

I'm sure Jason will chime in with the correct info, but here is what I plan to do.

1. Not sure, but it doesn't seem like this car needs much at all with the durability that has been reported. I plan to order a spare set of bottom front lowered arms (since D.I. made them universal ). A set of Jason's delrin upper front arms and thick flex plates will be ordered also (which I think Jason made universal also ).

2. Irrgang Racing's new bottom universal front lowered arms and Jason's delrin upper arms if I'm not mistaken. Since the front end is an Associated Strut Front end the Associated parts will also work and the kit may come with the Associated top arms to start, I'm not sure.

I don't want to race without using Jason and Dave's modified parts because they will allow me to run the front tires smaller (critical for high bite) and they are stronger/more accurate which makes the car square and keeps the maintenance low.

3. Not that I'm aware of.

Jason has eluded to maybe having some tips in his manual along with setups, other than that I haven't been able to find one. The closest to this in my opinion was pro driver Mike Lufaso's article on his website, but it seems that I can't get to it anymore.

Hope this helped.

Hey Jason I sent you a PM.

What does the DB12R naming stand for? Just kinda curious. I got the 12 part
