All of the speedpashion stuff will be on the site tommorow. We got a little tied up on friday and didnt get to finish that. I sent ya a PM with all your info buddy.

I ran the speedpashion GT speedo and 10.5 yesterday. That thing is great. I also found it nice that you can really gear the snot out of it.

We got a chance to run the DB10R's yesterday. I gotta say, that is about the most trouble free, most durable and fun class i think i ever ran. We had such a good time running them. The difference in bodies between my Corvette and adrians RX7 was noticable as the vette was very smooth and flowing as the RX7 seemed a bit tight but both cars handled very well and were a ton of fun. Once i got everything set i ran the car for the whole day and just needed to keep packs charged. The car had a ton of steering and was very precise and carried sick amounts of corner speed. It was a very relaxing car to drive and very cool to watch. I can really see this being a fun class. I can wait to take it out on the asphalt after the snowbirds. Next test is 2 cell lipo and 13.5.

Jason,

"I also found it nice that you can really gear the snot out of it."

Is this a technical term?

I couldn't find a reference to it in my RC Bible...

I would have to say that we can add it to the line of sayings.

J--

You've got e-mail.

I also need some info about the SP brushless systems since it looks like we're all going brushless soon via ROAR.

Thanks Bro,

Scottrik

1/8 reamer would that be equal to a 3mm reamer?

Would this work?

No. 3mm is a fair bit smaller than 1/8".

The math?

3 / 25.4 = .118"

1 / 8 = .125"

The 3mm reamer will drop right through the existing hole as I'm pretty sure we're not even removing 7 thou material as it is with the 1/8 reamer.

Cool deal bro. I really liked the SP system alot. I wish i would have increased the timing on the speedo instead of adding all of that gear. I didnt think about it because im not used to having that option with a BL speedo. I think you will really like this system

Got it bro.

Man, just for fun i decided to throw a 5500 lipo in the 10R with a 10.5 brushless and do a few runs in front of my house. Woah, that was interesting. It had to be running about 65-70 down my road. I almost creamed a few mailboxes while trying to stop. I got the car back in with no damage. Just thought you guys would like a good laugh.
