There's enough big races to choose from these days.

Those are great races, however Cleveland is a day drive for a lot of folks in the East. Plus being a holiday week I don't have to take vacation I don't have. Unfortunately those other races just aren't an option for me this year.

Like I said before these are always difficult decisions for the organizers. Just offerring out opinions while they're still listening (thanks Bills).

I'm with AT, there are enough rubber tyre races to run at

swopemike I would disagree with the fact that you would have to buy a EU 007 to get a rubber tyre car as oppose to the US carpet spec 007 and the US carpet spec RDX and a bunch of other cars. let Europe keep the rubbers. next thing you know they'll be putting rubber on 12th scale. and I believe that most nitro touring cars are set up for foam are they not? why? because you get consistent traction from foam all the way through the run. even when it's a 1 hour race. plus the tight layouts at Cleveland, which is the reason most go to this race, are not conducive to rubber and the sweeping corners those drivers like.

You really can't make the arguement about Rubber Tire races being everywhere because I can say the same thing about foam. Also, you can't just take away the 19T class the same way I can't say the Masters shouldn't get to race. People have different preferences and you can dictate who gets to run just because you don't like their class.

GOOD to hear from more of you this is exactly what we are looking for some idea's from the racers that attend and don't attend cleveland.Only thing we don't want to see is even further thining(sp) of the classes to the point that it sucks for everyone that's no good. Our entry limit is technically 400 but we have been taking around 500 every year lately and we don't want to see the the classes get smaller then they are.19t did that a little not too bad but it's such a fun class.Keep those idea's coming guys!

How about go way out on a limb and run an "exibition" class of rubber tires, lipo/nimh, 19T/10.5

If this is a possiblilty maybe Schumacher could work a deal to supply Take Off Tires (CS27GL's and Paragon are hooked up and one set will last the week!) and Core 5000Mah 7.4V LiPo Packs at a discount to the entrants in this exibition class

If Novak can do soming similar with thier 10.5 Pro motor and thier new less expensive speedo that would make a great exibition class

I don't work at Schumacher anymore so some one important call Shawn at Schu USA and Charlie at Novak and work this out...lol!
