Default How often should I discharge?

Ive just finished watching rctvlive and they featured discharging of cells, they recommended discharging and equalizing your cells after each use! To me that sounded a little too often so i thought i would check before I did anything! Im using GP 4300, I race once a week and about three times a month at events!

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks
Kev

The GPs your running are pretty tuff and reliable. So thats thet good news..

IF your running stock or 19T your likely coming off the track with a few hundred mah still in the pack. Store it like that. Day of the race discharge the pack down to 5.4v and then tray it to .9v per cell then charge the pack for your race.
