Could some one please tell me the specs (PNP,NPN, Volts, Watts, Amps) of the transistors used in the Team Wave Lightning Discharger V2 and could they tell me which one to get off this website: http://jaycar.com.au/ (I live in Australia)

I looked at the Transistors in my Team Wave Lightning V2 discharger and i found two sets of numbers:
65NO2RG
R523
