What an Idea, why didn't I think of that?


3PK, 3PJ, 3PD all the same size battery compartment.

There is NO WAY 9 "AA" cell are going to fit in the configuration that you have suggested. "AAA" yes, but then you lose the runtime advantage of the larger cells.

Anyone else?

Maybe you guys should try using higher cap batteries? I use 1800 NiMH AA's and battery life is definitely not a problem. 2000s are already out too!

One of my Duracell's leaked acid, so that probably was the cause for a short run time. They are fine now.
