anybody interested in a 1 race day old Orion 4.5?
a little too much horsepower for me.. I'll still with the 10.5 and soon to be released 13.5T.

$55.00 shipped.

Um, Charlie, looks like Marcos J, the "RURC" of the rctech.net is making a good stake for the Orion 3.5. Comments?

I know him from RCU, but we "talk" rather extensively. Coincidentally, he and Marcos are both in Florida.

What speedo do you guys like with these motors for 1.12th mod? What do you make of the DSM specific Novak speedo? Is this DSM specific speedo only something that just Novak is touting? Does the LRP comp work just as well with DSM?

Thx,

Im thinking of getting a vortex motor for drifting. Im currently running a Mamba Max 4600 @ 8.35 FDR and it gets blazing hot, hot enough to destroy the bearings. I would like to give the vortex a go for there maintenance & the vents as well as a fan.

I would like to know if anybody knows what each motor is in KV, im happy with the MM4600s speed/power/punch, and would like to know which vortex motor would have the same if not similar specs to the MM4600. Any help would be appreciated...

Well I want to go to 19 turn

I want a orion 10.5

Do these things run cooler because of the internal fan and holes in the can?

I use a LRP sphere TC, so what would I do to the timing?

I gear my novak 13.5 at 5.2 FDR, what would I start for gearing? I need a little bit higher FDR then normal because of my driving...

Thanks
