We sell the cells in bulk (loose) and also 5 cell packs.. Bulk cells go quick though..

The price of Nickel went up back in May which made it more expensive to make batteries. The price has now dropped again, but it will take a while for the prices of batteries to settle again

It's unlikely that you'll see prices come back down. nobody gives up profit. they just rebadge it as a new product to undercut the competition. The consortium will keep the prices high to push the emerging lucrative lipo market. (new batts, new chargers, speed controls, voltage cut offs, special receivers, new chassis and parts, etc) It will all come in time. how could you resist if you were on the profit side of things??
remember that this material cost immediately effects all our rechargeable cylindrical cells.
