How do I set up my TEU-101BK ESC to get maximum power for my TT01 stock racer?

Unlike other esc's the tamiya teu-101bk does not have any adjustments for drive freqencey, power limit, breaking etc. so the best way to get the most out of this esc is to set it up properly with your radio making sure that throttle end points are correct

first turn on your radio, press the setup button on the esc and hold, turn on the esc release set button after 2 seconds, go full throttle on your radio, then press set button again, go full break then press set button again, then neutral then set again. turn the esc off then turn it on again and it should be working

make sure that you do unplug your motor btw hope that helps

Does it output more forward power if I cut off the reverse?

i never tried doing that but i seriously doubt that it will give you more forward power. the no reverse feature of the esc is intended for races that does not allow car reversing.
