I'm not familiar with these cars, but usually it'll change kick up (front) and anti squat (rear). Kick up give less steering entering corners, but give better handling through bumps. It also give a little more on power steering. I think anti-squat affects the way weight are transferred front/rear during acceleration / decceleration.
