I hate to sound, and or come across like and idiot, but were figuring out what the balance plug is for you guys. I've never used, nor needed it, but i'm finding an answer for you.

I should have an answer in the next few days.

Thanks.

I like the FMA Direct CellPro 4s and it uses the balance port to charge as well.

Any luck on the balance plug?

Might be a moot point if I buy an ICE Charger. But if I use the FMA CellPro 4s I need to know the adaptor.

Also for storage do these need to be kept at a certain temp? Can I keep it in my unfinished basement that gets around 50-60deg?

Hi Guys,

Balance port (should you choose to use it) is: JST EH type.

Plenty of adapters to this or that are available online, just type in JST EH.

Thanks!

Temps for storage don't really matter unless it's in the trunk of your car on a hot sunny day and it gets over 140F.

In the basement is totally OK.

Shawn.

Thanks for the info on the adapter and storage. Got my Core 5000s yesterday.

Basically for storing it after racing this is what I am planning. Repeak battery before the main, run 13.5 Rubber 5mins, then done. Go home. Is there any reason to really put more milliamps back in to the pack?

Nexus,

For me, 5mins with a 13.5 on rubber eats up about 1200-1300mah. That's just fine for long term storage (more than a month without using it). You just don't want them sitting long term all the way full.

Has anyone figured out the proper balancing adapter/s for these packs yet?
