Default 19turn spec

What is the best way to tune a 19turn spec motor, brushes, springs, other stuff...thanks

True the comm and put Putnam blue/green brushes on it. That's about it.

Also stiffer spring on the pos, than the neg. ie purple on pos, with red on neg.
