I've been contacted about my parts inventory, I will inventory what I have this weekend and post a list here. As noted, most of the parts are new and still in the package. I used to be a Serpent dealer, but had a very difficult obtaining kits and spare parts. I have decided to discontinue carrying these parts and will be parting with my complete Serpent inventory and minimally used car.

S400 gear diff
Hey guys,
I need you help for my new s400 setup. I run in stock with a 540 silvercan Johnson motor 18000 rpm +. Do you have a basic setup that I can work my way from?
I have a diff rear and a spool in front, but do you recon a geardiff would be better at rear and diff in front or the gear diff wont work properly as I race a slow rpm motor?
I had a look on the setup available on the serpent website and all guys r running 1deg fron toe and 1.5 rear is it what work best for car or is it a personal choice?
