I found mine just clipped it enough to make the steering stiffer to the right. A very light sand with a round file sorted it. no kit I have ever built has been absolute 100% on the nose, but this kit those is 99.9% there !
Re - the setup sheet. As soon as the UK team have a website I will ensure my editable sheet will be available to download. I don't currently have any webspace to host on. The best thing to do with the sheets if you want to save them is to download a free PDF printer application. This then when you print turns the print job into a PDF file.

Yep, if you are running rubber simply don't do it !! I was on a high grip track using Corally SSb tyres (they are similar to CS27's). The car just went forward as I turned. I think 6 degree will only be usefull with foams, and likely indoor foams at that

Has anybody already tried another thrust bearing? Mine broke for the first time and I'm thinking about replacing it with another brand thrust bearing (ceramic )The sizes are 2x6x2 but it isn't easy to find an alternative. Does anybody know one?

I would do away with the trust bearing and simply at this time replace it with just thrust balls, though a few more than standard. I currently run the balls from the Schumacher Pro Thrust Race but will have the Serpent one's from the Centax clutch soon (they are carbide and the right size to fit roughly 8 around the diff screw. this way you get a much more even load, plus no friction from the thrust cage.
