Hi Tony, you need to send us your PT to be cloned. If it's got frayed wires it won't matter, as long as it works it should be ok no problem.

Hi P, re the telephone, I'm not always around to answer calls best to email if possible. We do have voicemail, if you leave a message I should get it ok. I think you called and I spoke to you yesterday or the day before.

Apologies for the problems with the website, it should all be ok now. It was the secure server and email down, when the email came back it was running too slow to reply

I have been working hard to try and catch up with my email replies today, if you are still waiting hopefully I should get a reply off to you soon. I'm doing PM's here now too..

Don't forget to get your orders in early if you need anything, it takes a few days to process customised and cloned transponders..
it will be getting close to the last posting date in the UK before you know it!

Just a note when sending transponders to us for cloning, mark on the customs label as 'used model car transponder' or something similar. A few times packages have been held in customs due to having a charge/fees put on them. It should avoid delays with delivery to us!

I have one simple question: how much is a transponder, cloned from my transponder? I have been trying to get a price for three days now.
