Default If KV rating is the same then how (besides size) do 1/18 and 1/10 Brushless differ?

I have to assume that a Mamba Max for 1/10 scale would out perform a Mamba for 1/18 th scale, but if they have the same KV then what number/spec do you use to compare their relative power. Is it different torque and the manufactures just don't list that value?
