Silicon Shock Oil

Hi,

Over time, I have been collecting all the used silicon shock oil in a small bottle. Most of the time, the oil has been changed to tune the shock damping. And in most cases, the oil is fairly clean.

Since, I have mixing oil with three different weight, 30, 35 & 40. What's the effect of mixing those oil ? Do they mix at all, or ? What might be the nett effect of those different weight ?

I am thinking if I can filter the dirt and reuse the oil. Since, the dirt is very little, and they all have settle down in the bottom.

Thanks.

the heavier oil is now at the bottom of the bottle now and the lightest on top, the only way you'd be able to reuse it is if you can figure out where to draw each weight from. hehe. I wouldn't bother, the oil is so cheap anyhow.
