last things you may try, put some thick/heavy grease on internal of outdrive
if it fails, IMO, once it slippin out then no other way to salvage it (one-way bearing),
have you see internal inside the right side outdrive (one-way bearing sit inside it) ?
if it is not damaged (..some tiny cylindrical bearing fall out and plastic cage shattered...) then probably it is worn out due to lack of lubricant..
One-way need specific lubricants (serpent one-way lube on my car) and proper maintenance..

Light oil will probably also suffice - not grease

After reading all the posts. Big B & ShrekNZ gave you the logical/obvious choices. Just clean with motor spray and relube with oneway lube.
grease or glue. These recommendations must be from the guys you are beating at the local track.

Yo guys I've manage to resolve the problems right away.....turns out its the one-way bearing being faulty........I jz sprayed WD-40 a couple of times inside the diff and oil it up with some bearing oil.....and the problem seems to have gone.......
What a relief........

Never use bearing oil on your oneway!it will make the drive cup slip when operate, the one way is design to lock when the front tire speed is faster then rear!use proper lube, like oneway grease, oneway lube or car auto transmision oil, just go light on lube(it will not atract dirt).this will do,the oneway will last you for years
