Default INDI Booster2 Discharger NiMH-Individual

Does anybody use this to discharge their batteries. If so tell me what you think cause i 'm thinkin about getting one. I have a Lrp competition charger but i want to tray my nimh and discharge faster. I konw NiMH don't suffer from memory effect but I just want take care of my bats also the lrp only discharges at 10 amps and i could be charging with it. Anyway wut do u guys think of this discharger

It only discharges at 1,75 amp. And it aint got any auto-cut off, so if you forget your NiMh pack, it might hurt the pack.

If I discharge Sanyo 3000 HV on an active equalizer with 0,6 volt cut-off, the pack false peaks several times on the next charge. So they dont like been taken that low. And the Indi wont stop before zero volt...

Personally, I would prefer the SP Saddle Relay Cut-off Discharger 5A, even though it's only 5 amps discharge. Normally, you use most of the capasity on the track, so it's only to get out the rest.

it says on integies web site that it discharges at 20A for each individual cell then it equalizes the cell. This if for NiMH its not the octane for nicads either

Your thinking of the Octane 2.

The booster 2 is an equalizing tray that takes a pack to 0.0 volts if you leave it on long enough.

Same story about the zero volt. So personally, I would still choose the SP Saddle Relay Cut-off Discharger 5A.
