Bushing?

Hey i was just wondering what are the Bushings on a motor are they the two end bits were the arm sticks out or is it internal?

Yes they support the shaft (hold the shaft in place)

the shaft sticks out from them, & they are like a copper/bronze colour.

that is of course if the motor has bushings, some motor shafts are supported by bearings.

Ok cool so when they say oil the bushings you oil the two end bits correct??

yeah just put a drop or 2 of oil onto the bit where the shaft goes into the bush, and then spin the motor, that should get it into the bushing better.
