The Square knuckle will work. The second 3Racing knuckle that you were looking at appears to be for the TA05 with the original suspension. You would be able to use the TA05IFS/TB03/TRF416 knuckle if you switch over to the new style suspension.

Stick with 13.5 or 10.5 and you will be fine that is what I race my car with.

the reason im wanting the aluminum steering knuckles is because of the stock ones wear. the under side of it, the screw once you take it out and strew it back in, it will fall out with one tap on a wall it seems. the threads in the part are so weak that i need aluminum.

make sure you got Aluminium diff outdrives. Finding a spool if required for the front is not easy. everything else is fine.

Already got the front spool aswell as the Alum diff outdrives. My concern is the design of the chassis,,that is a midmotor mount.,, compared to the 415 or the 416. I'm concerned about the would be handling if i used any 3.5BL motor. any modifications to make it handle the speed and power of mod?

The worst thing about that site is that the search is broken.
