Shaft Drive TC
Besides the TC4, what other shaft drive TCs are out there? I'm looking into Shaft drive more now that I realize belts are going to be a pain to run on unprepped.

I know that the TC5 is out. But the TC5 is belt drive. Besides, I can pick up a TC4 Team kit for $99. I am looking for a decently competitive shaft drive TC that will spend 70 percent of time bashing and 30 percent of time at the track.

You cant be competitve if your only going to race 30% of the time..
If you want a basher buy a used anything off e-bay..

www.ampdraw.com also has the Factory Team TC4 for 209.99. other than when AE was selling them for 199.99...it's the best deal out there for a top of the (outdated) line out there
the 99.99 TC4 is very basic.
Yokomo still makes their shaft drive.

My next question is:
do belt drive cars really get trashed up running on unprepped?
