Default 200mm body on 190mm car

does it make a preformance difference if u hav a 200mm on a 190mm car?

Yes, I think it will.
Bigger shell means more drag.
Also think of the gap between bumper, lot's of air will go through it. And the the gap at the rear, that will give a lot of air turbulence.

But most of it all, it looks awefull. Think of the reclined wheels in those big arches!!
