peltier chip, wire, heatsink, some kind of way to clamp it to the motor, and thermal adhesive.

Once you have all the info, I'm hoping that you are going to share your new found wealth with the rest of us. I also would like to make a motor cooler/freezer.

Does cooling the motor before a race give a preformance boost or something?

It is suppose to keep the motor cooler for a longer period of time during the run. Meaning losing less power and top end on the latter minutes of a run. I am told that is the purpose. If I am wrong someone will correct my misunderstanding.

Well... If that's the point of a motor cooler, I have an idea for a hillbilly disposable motor cooler. We just need a ton of ice and a cooler. What would happen to a motor submerged in a bath of liquid nitrogen?

I've heard of dry ice but have no idea where to get it nearby my area.
