I know the case can be replaced. Charlie gave me a new one at the Birds and I replaced the broken one...

So I would just try calling them!

Try PMing " Charlie " without the quotes on here. Or send a line off to:

For starters... most of the time you can click this link called "Contact us" works great!

For one case, I don't think so. I have four of them sitting in my box and maybe paid $15 for all four. Call Novak or email them. I personally emailed them and they got right back to me. I have to tell you though since I now have four of them I have not broke one in awhile. I will keep it safe like that!!

I have had nothing but great customer service from Novak. I have had all emails returned that I sent them. I would say for you good luck with LRP since you have to send stuff back over seas to get repaired and I have never heard anything good about their customer service.

I got the cases from Novak. Probably be $7 with shipping. They just don't list it on the webiste with part number for some reason. They do for the GT7.

Best to call them and give your cc info and they will process it.

If you e-mail from an overseas (or domestic) account--especially a free one--and send to "tech" or "cs", it will likely get caught in Novak's spam filters.

Just e-mail [email protected]. Charlie checks his email, even when he is away at races. If not, someone else at Novak---usually Steve W.--checks.
