Jimbo,

If you are serious about trying to enter, contact Boomer to see how long the waiting list is for your class(es). Then, you can decide if it is worth entering. There will be drop-outs that might just give you a chance.

Actually, Yeti's comment made me look further to understand why he said that. Sure enough, below the Entry Form is the info about the classes being filled. Otherwise, I was just looking at the confirmed entries like you.

Yeti is the consumate comic in his delivery; but, a nice guy. Even if he is from Utah...LOL.

Wishing you success in getting into 'da show of shows'. But even if you don't, I highly recommend coming to watch the best go at it. I spectated the first year and found plenty of happiness just hangin' with the guys.

Bill

Hey, leave the state in which I live out of this!! You are just jealous because you don't have this great weak ass beer that I have.

Jim, I honestly thought it was a joke, that was the only reason I said that. As Bill said you can get on the list but I believe it to be a long list. If you have the means to do so, you should come out and watch for it is a worthwhile race to spectate as well.

Default Practidce heats

Just out of curiousity, when you attend the IIC (this is my first), I see on their website that last year it seemed to be a control practice. How are they running the practices?

Are they running practice by heats and when you get out there the tone goes off and you have 5 minutes to practice?

If so, do you have any other chances to practice other than the practice heats? How many practice heats will you get just in case you want to switch springs or etc?

Let me know, thanks.

Controlled by heats but there was a one hour free for all at the beginning of each day if you got up early enough to be there for it.
