I just called the front desk (866-796-7111) and asked on the premise that I have some things that I want to bring to Vegas and I do not trust the airline. I said I want to be sure it arrives in Vegas and not worry about it getting stolen from my baggage. I asked if there was a surcharge and was told no. I did not mention the race or IIC.

You need to ship it to the hotel to yourself and make sure you put guest in larger letters. I would not refer to the IIC or the race on the label.

Feel free to make a call to get a name of a person you talked to so that if they do try to charge you, you can have a name of someone who told you there was no charge.
That is the best that I can do.

We have some internet keys left so let me know if you would like one.

We will be leaving on Saturday morning, so it will be tough to get a hold of me. After saturday PM me and I will try to check them. I will not have access to email after Saturday.

Just a couple days more to go.

Boomer

Yup, I just sent a box out there yesterday to the hotel and the lady I talked to on the phone said there was no handling charge. She told me to put attention to the guest and the arrival date.

Boom Boom:

Will the initial heat boards be posted before you leave on Saturday, or will it be after you get out there?

If not, have you determined the class order in which the heats will be run? For example, will stock 1/12 be the first class on the track, followed by mod 1/12, stock rubber, and so on......?

Thanks, good sir.

If anyone is interested I will be available to tune motors for the week.
Also Rick Monahan the SMC Battery Soldering Master will have his equipment onhand, if anyone needs any assistance getting their new packs built.
Pick up your battery bars at the hobby shop and come on over.
Barry maybe somewhere in Vegas they have a grill to cook steak.
