There's more to Vegas than strippers and overpriced buffets. Live a little while you're there, find the underbelly. I'm going this weekend to lose a liver.

Yay

Looking for a C main finish this year. Wish me luck. Do you think a 21/5:02 will get me there?

i hope not if I'm going to spend $225 in entree I want a new layout every year otherwise I can stay home and run the club track. one of the thrills of running big races for me is the layout. learning to drive something new and hone my drive abilities. now some take advanatge of that more then I do. but I'll tell you this the layout at the gate lasts weekend was boss. I had lots of fun finding new spots to hit the wall.

I always had a problem with the sweeper at the IIC. I would always get it wrong and end up off the track. I was always afraid of hitting some poor kid spectator or something. A new track design that is a little bit safer to the on-lookers would be cool for everyone IMHO

If they do keep that layout I agree in that there needs to be a change of some sort to keep the cars in the track area. Banners help but still allow the car to go out of the track. I think more plexi or plywood at that area for spectator protection.

I think Josh Numan still holds the record for getting his car the furtherest into the stand then anyone there last year. Of course it did cost him a chassis in the process.
