The GTB will work on stock racing all the way up to the mods, that really don't need more RPM. All the motor swapping from one ESC. to another may prove to be to much electronics to go wrong. I would stick to the GTB and there motors to keep it all the same and less likely to have problems. The GTB and all the motors offered will make you pretty much universal in the speed department.
Just trying to help not putting down Mamba. They are a quality Motor and ESC.
One of the best in the business. But they are more mod focused. I think?

If Novak 3.5T is Y wind , in RC market this STD type .
but GTB have new model support Spektrum !
& after TEKIN sensorless ESC onsale ,
will have more BL sensorless motor to start onsale ,
** sensorless BL Motor more cheaper !!

I have run the Novak and the Sphere. They are smooth. I have not seen any sensorless as smooth for the price. Maybe the mamba can do it but I just see the low end being a problem. Now if you are in a wide open or mid to high speed track then I am sure the mamba will be as good.
Bottom line is that the Novak and Spehere systems are roar legal. Has to do with the wind of the motors. So if you race where they use roar then you decision may be made for you.
I doubt that you will go wrong with either.
