What are the best online stores for R/C junk?

Don't say ebay, hobbytownusa, or tower hobbies.

I cant stand the shops that are the "self proclaimed" best. I did see, however, that in their Categories section, they offer Screw.... hmmmm.

How about from someone other then the business themselves.

I have had good luck with speedtech, avidrc, killerhobbies, amain, to name a few.

In the states it would be either Speedtech or Stormerhobbies. If you're looking for Tamiya stuff..don't even bother in the states...use RC-Champ in Japan..prices are FAR lower then anywhere in the U.S even after shipping.

Especially for kits, Ultimate Hobbies has the best deals and offers free shipping on orders over $50 many times.

For parts and accessories, my personal favorite is Nexus Racing. Huge inventory, great people, and the best support ever - just look a the tips and tricks section that they created.

Depends on what I'm buying, but stormer is good, big selection, nexus racing, and if they have what I'm looking for www.powerhobby.com is usually the lowest prices, call them if what your looking for is not on their site or ebay store they can usually get it quick.

I thought this before, omni looks like a mirror site of tower.
anyone have any thoughts on this?

I've been ordering from Omni since the mid 90's, but I have noticed that in the last few years..they do seem to be more of a mirror of tower hobbies. Although I have found omni to be cheaper still on a few products, and they have free shipping on purchases over 100 whereas I believe Tower is 150.

Its not a mirror, It is tower hobbies, always has been. Its just get up from your chair, reach over the cube, and tap omni on the back. Notice the part numbers are the same (tower/omni numbers, not the manuf.) You can call either one with either ones numbers, and it works. Amazing

I've had great sucess with stormerhobbies.com. Large selection, quick shipping, decent pricing. (and I don't work for them, or sponseredby them)
