If your referring to the "Perfect Setup Guide" I believe they do print one, but it's all in Japanese.

I Set-Up My Evo 5 close to My Pro 4 Hara Edition Set-Up. They are somewhat the same.
-Those that have a Pro 4 and a TB Evo 5; understand what I`m talking about.
