Default 2007 ROAR on-road asphalt nationals

Hey guys, I have a question about the 07' ROAR asphalt nats that are going to be held in Washington. How much does it cost to enter, and if theres any other information about it yet?
Id appreciate it because im thinking of attending the race. I know its during July 13-15th.

thanks,
Chris

Default Nats

I don't think too much more info has been released on this race yet. You can contact Eddie through team Br00d, or make a thread on the northwest forum here on rctech.

great thing this year is that roars RMT is doing everything!, i have to get them a little info and the handout tire we are going to use then they will get everything together...then the flyer will come out..

most likely a little more than carpet nats because of the handout tires

Any ideas on what the handout tires and motors will be? ...or when you think that will be known? ...would like to start "tuning" with the entire setup as soon s possible

Lets hope the bite comes up fast. I called their shop to find out when they're going to pull up the carpet to go up and practice for a couple of days. The first guy that picks-up the phone doesn't know anything about the nats. And the second guy said they only get races to show up for carpet out that way. So, they won't be pulling up the carpet until about 1 to 2 weeks before the nats. I was hoping to get some track time there before the actual race. Eddie could ya post a schedule when we can come and practice?
Thanks

Low traction won't be an issue, the asphalt prior to putting carpet over it was very high bite. The hope is that the carpet actually scrubs off some of the bite the asphalt had.

This should be a good race. The PIR track is big and a lot of fun.

The carpet will be pulled up May 1st......so a full two months of open track.....

Handout tires are going to be submitted soon......looks to be either the new Much More tires or the CS/RP things.....Sorex has no premount.....

We are going to have the following classes

Masters Stock
Touring Stock
Touring 19t
Touring Modified
1/12th Mod
1/12 19t

And I am going to see if a small exibition class can be added.....as I am gonna callin some favors to some of the pros to run a cool class.....either 1/10th pan 6 cell modified.....or Touring Mod Foam....something wild and crazy....

Handout motors will be trinity for stock and 19t....
