good race with Ian taylor aswell
Stop it Colin, you'll make me blush hehe . It was a good day though, and like I had said to the Boots camp, Neil Castle and to Ian Taylor as well that it was tight racing, but clean. No one took unnecessary stabs at people. I can honestly say it was one of the best finals I've raced in to date.

Regards the incident,I saw that to. Adam had no where to go apart from into the other car. At the speed's they are at on the straight, and being so focused, you cannot blame him for collecting the car and being unable to swerve around it.

As for the speed he was going overall I was watching closely. In 2 of the finals he was gaining on Andy, and Andy wasn't on a go slow either. Grainger tapped Rogers rear end in one because he couldn't get by and made a stab inside him on the right hander before the left onto the straight. this put Adam way back and he fought back through.

After the collision in the third you could clearly see the front of Adam's shell punted in and I guessed when his car hit the board either the wheel jammed behind the shell or something else failed as he doesn't make dumbass mistakes like that, and his dad looks after the car well.

Im sure he will take it on the chin and be out for the next showdown - he's a great driver and has the right frame of mind.

Looking forward to Round 5 of Carpet Wars on the 25th !

What motor were you running 7.9 with, Monster?

I had 6.7 for the qualifiers and 6.97 in the finals.
Both these were with a Monster.
I have a CO27 but after a few races it has faded and never been as good at rpm or torque as my Monsters.
